On November 26, 2025, the State University of Management will hold the St. George's Trumpets Youth Brass Band Festival, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. The highlight of the event will be a fictionalized account by Alexander Davydov, a SUM lecturer, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, and a Hero of the Soviet Union.

Through his life and memories, viewers will be immersed in key stages of the country's military history: the beginning of the war, the Battle of Moscow, the defense of Stalingrad, the Kursk Bulge, and the storming of Berlin.

Each episode will feature performances by children's brass bands playing wartime music, as well as video footage that immerses viewers in the atmosphere of those events.

Before the concert, representatives of our university's rector and distinguished guests will lay flowers at the GUU memorial.

The festival aims to preserve historical memory, strengthen civic-patriotic culture, and respect for the heroism of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.

This isn't just a concert. It's a journey into the past, full of strength, courage, and boundless love for the Motherland. It's gratitude to those who gave us peaceful skies.

The concert begins on November 26 at 4:00 PM in the Assembly Hall of the State University of Management. Arrive early to see the exhibition of front-line accordions in the foyer.

The project is being implemented with the support of Rosmolodezh and Rosmolodezh.Grants.
