Tbilisi, November 19 /Xinhua/ — In January-October 2025, China became Georgia's third-largest source of imports, with Georgian imports from China amounting to $1.62 billion, an increase of 20.8 percent year-on-year, according to preliminary data published Wednesday by the National Statistics Office of Georgia.

In the first ten months of this year, Georgia's foreign trade turnover amounted to $20.83 billion, an 8.6 percent increase year-on-year. Trade with China, meanwhile, reached approximately $1.9 billion, making China Georgia's fourth-largest trading partner.

According to the agency, during the specified period, Turkey became the country's largest trading partner with a trade volume of $2.54 billion, while the United States became the largest source of Georgian imports with a volume of $2.27 billion. –0–
