Beijing, November 18 (Xinhua) — Trade volume between China and Uzbekistan increased by 17.2 percent year-on-year in the first ten months of 2025, reaching $12.898 billion, according to data published Tuesday on the official website of the General Administration of Customs (GAC).
According to the data, exports of Chinese goods to Uzbekistan during the reporting period increased by 21.3 percent to USD 11.382 billion, while imports of products from Uzbekistan reached USD 1.517 billion, a decrease of 6.5 percent year-on-year.
In October of this year, trade turnover between China and Uzbekistan amounted to USD 1.38 billion, with exports from China to Uzbekistan reaching USD 1.22 billion and imports from Uzbekistan to China reaching USD 157 million.
According to the data of the State Customs Service of China, by the end of 2024, the volume of trade between China and Uzbekistan amounted to 13.78 billion US dollars in value terms, a decrease of 1.8 percent compared to the same indicator for the whole of 2023. -0-
