BEIJING, November 18 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping called for upholding the organic unity of Party leadership, the people's position as masters of the country, and the rule of law in national governance, and making joint efforts to open up new horizons in building a "rule-based China."
Xi Jinping, who is also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the call while giving instructions on work to fully implement the rule of law in national governance.
