The Company's enterprises have received awards at the 7th National Corporate Museum Prize. Rosneft actively supports significant Russian cultural projects aimed at reviving and preserving spiritual and national values.
The awards ceremony for the finalists took place in Perm. A total of 153 projects from 75 museums representing the country's leading enterprises were submitted to the jury in various categories.
The award finalists presented their projects for defense at the Shpagin Plant socio-cultural space as part of the "We Defend Our Home" exhibition. Symbolically, the winner of the 2025 special category, "Our History of Victory," was the "Battle of Engines" project from the RN-Nyaganneftegaz corporate museum. As part of this project, museum specialists held a series of educational events for young audiences about the enormous role of the oil industry in the Great Patriotic War.
The RN-Nyaganneftegaz Museum was also awarded a third-place diploma in the "Social and Corporate Responsibility" category for its educational project dedicated to polar bear conservation. Natalia Inozemtseva, the museum's curator and founder, was awarded a third-place diploma for professional achievement in the "Person of the Year" category.
The Saratov Oil Refinery was awarded a third-degree diploma in the "Museum Video Project" category for its film "Proud of Our History, Creating the Future!" The video project brought together films and videos shot to commemorate the plant's anniversaries and commemorate significant events in the lives of its staff. In the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the focus is on patriotic events that highlight the role of the USSR's key oil refining enterprise in the Great Patriotic War and the heroic deeds of its workers at the front and in the home front.
The Angarsk Petrochemical Company's Museum of Labor Glory was awarded a third-place diploma in the Corporate Social Responsibility category. The project, "Living Heritage: The Angarsk Petrochemical Company's Museum of Labor Glory – the Foundation of the Company's Social Responsibility and Corporate Spirit," showcased the museum's systematic work as a center for corporate culture and social responsibility at Angarsk Petrochemical Company. Its activities extend beyond archival management and encompass a wide range of educational and patriotic projects, strengthening corporate spirit and connecting the various generations of the company's employees.
The Achinsk Oil Refinery Museum Center, "Oil. Energy of Progress," received a third-place diploma in the "New Exhibition" category. Its collection of unique historical artifacts and interactive exhibits engages visitors as active participants. The exhibition explains oil, its properties, and reveals its role in scientific and technological progress. Visitors to the museum space learn about the numerous legends surrounding black gold, the history of oil refining, and the plant's modern production processes. This is the first and currently the only interactive space in the Krasnoyarsk Territory where children and adults can learn all about traditional methods and new technologies in oil refining. The center actively implements educational projects for schoolchildren, including those from "Rosneft Classes" and "Movement of the First," as well as university students. The new exhibition has already been visited by over 3,500 guests.

The competition aims to develop project practices in the areas of corporate social responsibility, updating industrial heritage, and promoting the country's historical, cultural, and industrial heritage. Over seven seasons, 828 projects were submitted by 420 participants.
