Hanoi, November 17 (Xinhua) — At least six people were killed and 19 injured when a landslide hit a bus in Vietnam's central Khanh Hoa Province, local daily Tuoi Tre (Youth) reported on Monday.
The bus was travelling through the Khanh Le Pass with 40 passengers on board when it was suddenly engulfed in a torrent of rocks and mud on Sunday evening.
According to the report, the six injured included three men and three women.
Nineteen injured passengers are being treated at a local hospital. Most suffered head, neck, spine, and abdominal injuries, as well as broken arms and legs.
