Products from Rosneft's oil refining and petrochemical complex won the All-Russian competition under the "100 Best Products of Russia" program for 2025. Nine subsidiaries received awards.

A drilling fluid base manufactured by Angarsk Petrochemical Company won the "Innovation 2025" and "New Product of the Year" categories, as well as the "Golden Hundred" award. Rosneft Magnum Ultratec motor oil and a high-octane gasoline component also won a diploma and the "New Product of the Year" category. Contact sulfuric acid, industrial methanol, turbine oil, and high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide also won prizes.
The Novokuibyshevsk Oil and Additives Plant has been awarded the prestigious "Quality Leader" award. The plant presented a wide range of oils for various applications and additives designed to improve the performance of motor oils.
Balen produced by Ufaorgsintez received the honorary "Golden Hundred" diploma, awarded to products with exceptionally high performance. The award winners were alpha-methylstyrene, liquid pyrolysis products, and EPDM rubber, which is produced exclusively at Ufaorgsintez in Russia.
The jury also recognized other products from Bashneft's oil refining complex. Marine fuel from Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim and compressor oil from Bashneft-Novoil were awarded the "Laureate" title. Catalytic cracking gasoline and fuel oil from Bashneft-UNPZ received diplomas.
Winter, summer, and interseason diesel fuels produced by the Achinsk Oil Refinery were recognized as laureates, and their viscous road bitumen received a diploma. Experts noted the advantages of these diesel fuels, including their high performance characteristics and environmental performance, including low aromatic hydrocarbon and sulfur content. The bitumen is highly wear-resistant, resistant to sudden temperature changes, and resistant to moisture.
The Angarsk Polymer Plant submitted five products, winners of the federal stage of the competition, to compete in the "Industrial and Technical Products" category. High-density polyethylene (award-winning product) is used in the manufacture of films, sacks, bags, and plastics. Ethylene (award-winning product) is essential for producing polyethylene, styrene, acetic acid, and ethyl alcohol. Expandable polystyrene (award-winning product) is the fourth most popular polymer in the world. Styrene (award-winning product) is used in the production of polystyrene plastics, rubbers, paints and varnishes, adhesives, and a number of thermoplastic elastomers. Propylene fraction (award-winning product) is used to produce isopropyl alcohol and acetone, as well as for the synthesis of aldehydes, motor fuel components, and solvents.
The award-winning title was awarded to Pulsar-95 and AI-95, premium K5 gasolines produced by the Saratov Oil Refinery. The effectiveness of Pulsar's premium fuel has been confirmed by engine tests. This innovative fuel allows drivers to effortlessly maintain a clean fuel system and high engine performance over long periods of use.
The competition's winner was the Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery's Euro-5 summer diesel fuel, distinguished by its high consumer and performance properties. Diploma-winning titles were awarded to the highest-grade winter diesel fuel and AI-95 motor gasoline.
The jury assessed the products for compliance with standards, safety requirements, and social responsibility. Consumer reviews, sales volumes, and other factors were taken into account.
Winners have two years to mark their products with the competition's gold and silver logos, as a sign of quality for consumers and an important factor in their competitiveness and reputation.
