Alexey Terentyev, Chief Researcher at the Scientific Research Coordination Department (SRC GUU), and Dmitry Nikitin, Head of the Numerical Control Systems Laboratory (NCS GUU), met in St. Petersburg with the leadership of the autonomous non-profit organization Digital Transport Systems (ANO CITRAS).
The main topic of the dialogue between representatives of the State University of Management and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "CITRAS" was joint participation in projects to develop the National Transport and Logistics Platform "State Logistics" (GosLog). The concept was developed in accordance with the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 19, 2021, and January 2, 2024, to build and, with the participation of Russian businesses, integrate GosLog into international supply routes to develop our country's transit potential.
The project plans to develop a digital framework for the domestic transport sector and establish a system for the end-to-end exchange of electronic shipping documents, including between countries. It also aims to create a national digital logistics system within the digital distribution corridors of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and implement smart border crossings across the Russian Federation.
In addition, the talks discussed opportunities for scientific cooperation, exchange of experience in organizing research, and joint participation in technology project competitions, including grants from the Russian Science Foundation (RSF).
