GAZA, November 12 (Xinhua) — The Gaza Civil Defense said on Tuesday that its teams found 20 bodies at the Sheikh Radwan Clinic in Gaza City.
The press statement stated that the bodies were found buried randomly on the clinic grounds, and most have not been identified. Search operations for other missing persons in the area are ongoing.
Gaza health authorities said in a daily report on Tuesday that three bodies and several wounded had been admitted to hospitals in the enclave in the past 24 hours.
Since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 245 people have been killed and 623 wounded, while rescue teams have found 529 bodies in various parts of the enclave, according to authorities.
Since October 7, 2023, the total number of people killed in the Gaza war has risen to 69,182, with 170,694 injured, authorities added. –0–
