The "When I'm in Sports" conference will take place at the Vesna space on Spartakovsky Lane (Building 2, Bldg. 1). More than two thousand professionals from various fields and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts will participate. Speakers include experts, doctors, nutritionists, bloggers, and entrepreneurs.
The event will be held for the third time and will be the largest ever. One of the key topics will be children's sports.
For children and their parents
On November 15, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, Hall 3 (Red) will host a panel discussion titled "Sport in a Child's Life: Balancing Achievement and Comfort." Experts will discuss the role of sport and psychological support in raising children, as well as the right motivation for sport. Speakers include Anastasia Shulyak, Program Director of the "Russia. Fitness" convention; Veronika Shults, fitness psychologist; Oksana Yashankina, Master of Sports and All-Around Russian and European Champion in Artistic Gymnastics; and Olesya Seregina, founder of the "Additional Time" charity foundation.
Wushu training, an ancient martial art, will be held in Hall No. 2 (Yellow) from 3:00 PM to 4:50 PM. Classes for children over six will be led by coach Olga Makaykina, a student of a Shaolin Monastery master. Wushu combines physical exercise, breathing techniques, and specific philosophical principles. Classes are aimed at strengthening all muscle groups, developing flexibility, improving circulation and metabolism, and strengthening the child's cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Wushu also develops agility, flexibility, coordination, and endurance, teaches important self-defense skills, and boosts self-confidence.
The second day of the conference will conclude with a colorful immersive show, "Circus," for the whole family. It will take place in Hall 1 (Green) from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Spectators will see performances by professional artists, gymnasts, acrobats, and a clown.
Additionally, throughout the day on November 15th, children aged 6-12 will be able to take the "Choose a Sport" sports assessment. This will help determine a child's level of physical development and fitness to help them choose the right type of physical activity. For experts and amateurs
Other key topics of the conference include improving quality of life, personal growth of coaches and athletes, sports technologies, and trends in mass sports.
On Friday, November 14, lectures and internal sessions will be held for employees. Participants will discuss personal branding, the use of artificial intelligence and digital solutions in sports, and much more.
On Saturday, November 15, general sessions, public talks, lectures, group training sessions, and prize drawings are planned. Experts will discuss why sport is becoming a major passion, the benefits of being part of the running community, how sport helps achieve professional and business goals, and other relevant topics from the world of sport and related fields.
Speakers will include Viktor Vitraganov, director of the Die Hard running club (Moscow), candidate master of sport in triathlon, and participant in two Ironman World Championships; Maxim Egorov, leader of the 5 Verst running movement; Farid Mukhamedzarifov, captain of the Running Monastery club; Andrey Dunaev, founder of Social Run Community, entrepreneur, and running enthusiast; and Denis Dolzhenko, sports event organizer, sports entrepreneur, mentor, and ultramarathon runner.
Guests will also be able to participate in a cultural and sports program. Yoga, Zumba, stretching, and fitness classes will be held right on the site, led by top trainers from the "My Sports District" project.
The capital will host the "When I'm in Sports" conference for the third time.
