Moscow, November 8 (Xinhua) — Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Andrei Bulyga as Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council and Colonel General Alexander Sanchik as Deputy Minister of Defense. This was confirmed by presidential decrees published on the official legal information portal.

"Appoint Andrei Mikhailovich Bulyga as Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, relieving him of his current position," the presidential decree states.
