BEIJING, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping and President of the Independent State of Samoa Tuimalealiifano Vaaletoa Sualauvi II on Thursday exchanged congratulatory messages on the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
