Moscow, November 6 (Xinhua) – Russia will continue to work on cooperation with China in all key sectors, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced Thursday at a government meeting.

“We will continue to work on all key areas of cooperation with China,” he assured, summing up the results of his working visit to China, which took place this week.

M. Mishustin emphasized that recent talks with the country's leadership—Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier of the State Council Li Qiang—confirmed the country's commitment to further strengthening its comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation with China.

"We also held the 30th anniversary regular meeting of the heads of government of China and Russia. We discussed significant issues on the bilateral agenda and the progress of the tasks set by our leaders," the head of the Russian government added.

As he noted, following the visit, a number of important documents were signed aimed at developing practical interaction and cooperation between Russia and China. "Primarily in the areas of humanitarian cooperation, satellite navigation, investment, energy, transport, and the digital economy," the Russian prime minister explained.

M. Mishustin instructed members of the Russian government to closely monitor the implementation of the agreements reached during the visit.
