Russians must pay their personal property taxes, as well as transport and land taxes for 2024, by December 1. You can submit an application for a personal tax notice at My Documents offices in Moscow, with a signature required.

Notifications are sent to residents by registered mail, electronically through the "Taxpayer Personal Account" service, or through their personal account on the unified portal for state and municipal services. To receive a paper notification, you must submit the corresponding application at any My Documents office, regardless of your registered or actual residence address. The document will be prepared by the Federal Tax Service of Russia within five business days, excluding delivery.
