Beijing, November 5 (Xinhua) — Based on the agreements reached during the China-US economic and trade consultations in Kuala Lumpur, China will adjust some export control measures for certain US economic entities starting November 10. The Ministry of Commerce announced this on Wednesday.
Based on relevant export control laws and regulations, the Ministry issued Announcement No. 13 for 2025 on March 4 and Announcement No. 21 for 2025 on April 4, adding a total of 31 U.S. economic entities to China's export control list and prohibiting them from exporting dual-use goods.
According to the Ministry of Commerce, in order to implement the consensus reached during the China-US economic and trade consultations in Kuala Lumpur, China has decided that the relevant measures against the 15 US entities listed in the No. 13 announcement will be lifted from November 10, 2025, while the relevant measures against the 16 US entities listed in the No. 21 announcement will remain suspended for one year.
