MANILA, November 4 (Xinhua) — The Philippine Air Force has recovered the bodies of six Philippine Air Force personnel aboard a Super Huey helicopter that crashed in the southern province of Agusan on Tuesday, the Philippine Air Force said.

Air Force spokeswoman Maria Cristina Basco told media that soldiers had found the remains of two pilots and four crew members.

"The military found six bodies at the crash site. Six were killed, not five, as initially reported," she clarified.

The crashed aircraft was part of a group of four helicopters sent to assess the aftermath of Typhoon Kalmaegi, which has killed at least 26 people in the Philippines as of November 4. –0–
