The Shanghai CIIE conferences and events, a continuation and complement to the China International Import Expo and the Hongqiao Economic Forum, will maintain their high standards, international character, and professionalism. They will be organized according to the "1 2 X" principle: one investment conference, "Invest in China, Invest in Shanghai," two sub-forums of the Hongqiao Economic Forum (in Pudong and Hongqiao), and nearly 100 related events, including seminars, roundtables, and closed-door meetings. Experts, scholars, and business leaders from various countries and regions are invited to participate. The goal is to create an effective platform for information exchange, business networking, and the promotion of trade and investment at the CIIE.

Building on the success of previous years, the Shanghai conferences and events within the CIIE will focus on cutting-edge trends in global economic and trade development, raising their profile and expanding their scope and functionality. Over 100 related events will be held under the theme "Breakthrough, Symbiosis, and Sustainable Growth" and will be divided into six thematic areas: "Open China and the Shanghai Experience," "Enterprise Entry into Overseas Markets and Transnational Operations," "Finding Trade Drivers," "ESG and Sustainable Development," "Creating an Innovative Consumer Ecosystem," and "Artificial Intelligence for Industrial Development." Broad participation from various international organizations and companies is expected.

To improve the efficiency and quality of service for participants, an updated mini-app platform will be launched, providing comprehensive management and support at various stages of event preparation and execution, taking into account various organizational structures and language requirements. Registration for events is now open to the public on the "Shanghai CIIE Conferences and Events" mini-app platform. We invite everyone to participate in the discussion of development prospects, collaboration, and experience sharing.
