ROME, November 3 (Xinhua) — Part of the Torre dei Conti tower, a medieval structure undergoing restoration in central Rome, collapsed on Monday, injuring four construction workers, local media reported.
According to the ANSA news agency, the incident occurred during restoration work. The second collapse occurred while firefighters were conducting a rescue operation. This created a large cloud of dust, but no emergency workers were injured.
