According to the State Data Administration, seven national digital economy pilot zones (Tianjin, Xiong'an City in Hebei Province, Shanghai, Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, Guangdong Province, and Sichuan Province) will launch pilot projects in 158 areas in seven provinces. Representatives from the zones presented their concepts and key areas at a press conference.
The Directorate will ensure the timely implementation of projects and the dissemination of best practices, support technological innovation, and the integration of the digital and real economies to promote regional development and international cooperation.
