According to him, China's impressive successes were achieved thanks to "the Party's leadership and the consistent resolution of all tasks based on comprehensive planning." China has already lifted millions of people out of poverty and achieved the goal of building a moderately prosperous society. Now the CPC is setting new goals in this regard.
