On October 27, the Khorgos International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation (China-Kazakhstan) hosted the grand opening of the first International Culture and Art Festival in Khorgos, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China. The two-day festival aims to use culture and art as a bridge between the cultural essences of different countries and regions, strengthen mutual understanding and friendship between peoples, and harness the power of culture to promote the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
