Moscow, October 29 (Xinhua) — Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui discussed cooperation and strengthening the two countries' friendship during a meeting, Dmitry Peskov, the Russian leader's press secretary, told reporters in response to a question from TASS.
