Yerevan, October 27 /Xinhua/ — Armenia has invited the leaders of Turkey and Azerbaijan to participate in the 8th European Political Community (EPC) summit, which will be held in Yerevan on May 4, 2026. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan announced this at a briefing on Monday.
The head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry stated this in response to a relevant question, adding that this is still only a verbal invitation.
In early October, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced at the closing session of the 7th ENP summit in Copenhagen that Armenia was preparing to host the next, 8th summit, in Yerevan. –0–
