BEIJING, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) — China aims to further expand opening-up during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Commerce Minister Wang Wentao said Friday.

With a particular focus on the service sector, efforts will be made to expand market access and openness during the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030), Wang Wentao said at a press conference, citing the "Proposals of the CPC Central Committee on the Formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development," which was adopted at the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC Central Committee), which concluded on Thursday.
