The investor is building a kindergarten, a technology park, and a multifunctional shopping center as part of the construction of a residential complex. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.

"The Shcherbinka district is actively constructing socially significant infrastructure facilities. A three-story multifunctional center with an area of over 16,900 square meters is nearly complete. A kindergarten for 300 children is more than 90 percent complete. Furthermore, finishing work and installation of internal utility systems are already underway at the Ostafyevo Technology Park. The total area of the innovation center will be over 13,000 square meters," said Vladimir Efimov.

All three socially significant facilities are being built in the New Moscow Administrative Okrug as part of the city's employment incentive program, which has been implemented in the capital since 2020.

"Following Sergei Sobyanin's instructions, we are developing a comprehensive and balanced urban infrastructure as part of a program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities. Three significant projects are currently at various stages of implementation in Shcherbinka: a multifunctional center, a technology park, and a kindergarten. These projects complement each other and create a modern urban environment that combines opportunities for work, innovation, and comfortable living. Their combined area exceeds 31,000 square meters, and the creation of nearly 1,300 new jobs will boost the development of the New Moscow Administrative Okrug and attract new residents and investors," noted the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

The facilities are being built next to a new residential complex.

Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the capital Vladislav Ovchinsky He emphasized that the kindergarten building, covering over four thousand square meters, includes spaces for children of different ages, a full-service kitchen, a medical unit, a music room, and a gym. There will be 12 groups in total, each with separate play and sleeping areas.

The Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee oversees the construction cycle of all projects. Its chairman Anton Slobodchikov He added that social facilities were built on two plots of land, each measuring approximately 24,500 square meters, and landscaping was completed, including the installation of sports and playgrounds. During the work, a total of 19 on-site inspections were conducted. As part of the final inspections, conclusions were drawn up regarding the buildings' compliance with design documentation, after which they were commissioned.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke about plans to build 195 educational facilities in 2026–2028.

The construction of social facilities in Moscow is in line with the goals and initiatives of the national project Infrastructure for Life.
