Social infrastructure is being developed in the Shcherbinka district. Sergei Sobyanin announced this on his channel in MAX messenger.

Investors are currently constructing a five-story children's and adult clinic on Lyubuchanskaya Street. It is designed to accommodate 560 visits per shift. Additionally, three kindergartens are being built in Shcherbinka: on Lyubuchansky Lane, in the village of Alkhimovo, and nearby. This will create 750 additional preschool spaces in the district.

A large educational complex for 1,575 children will also be built on Lyubuchanskaya Street. It will include a school for 1,375 students and a kindergarten for 200 children.

A 1,400-square-meter sports and fitness complex will open on Industrialnaya Street.

“Since 2012, a total of 1,000 have been built in Shcherbinka 14 social facilities, including schools, kindergartens, sports centers with ice arenas, and medical facilities,” added Sergei Sobyanin.
