BEIJING, Oct. 11 (Xinhua) — More than 110 million Chinese have benefited from large-scale housing renovation projects in the country during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), Minister of Housing, Urban-Rural Development Ni Hong said at a press conference on Saturday.
According to him, during the specified period, more than 240,000 old residential areas in Chinese cities were reconstructed, which improved the quality of the living environment, the minister concluded.
