BEIJING, Oct. 11 (Xinhua) — A book exploring Xi Jinping's important thoughts on strengthening and improving the work of receiving and handling citizens' petitions has been released by People's Daily Publishing House.
The book, which is available nationwide, consists of 9 chapters and provides a scientific guide for effectively carrying out this work in the new era.
