Pyongyang, October 9 (Xinhua) — China is ready to establish close coordination and cooperation with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in international and regional affairs, Chinese State Council Premier Li Qiang said in Pyongyang on Thursday.
Li Qiang, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, made the statement during a meeting with Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and Chairman of State Affairs of the DPRK.
Li Qiang also called on the two sides to strengthen multilateral cooperation, firmly safeguard and adhere to multilateralism, and promote the development of the international order in a more reasonable and equitable direction. –0–
