On October 4, a group of demonstrators attempted to enter the presidential palace in the Georgian capital.

According to A. Darakhvelidze, 15 participants in the incident were identified during the first stage, 13 of whom have already been detained based on court orders, and two are wanted.

"Law enforcement agencies are taking all necessary operational and investigative measures to detain them. Police are conducting investigative actions to establish their whereabouts. The Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to identify the other participants in the incident and bring them to justice," stated A. Darakhvelidze.

The mass protest that took place on October 4, the day of municipal elections, was billed by organizers as a "peaceful revolution." Following clashes between protesters and law enforcement, the Georgian Ministry of Health reported the hospitalization of 21 police officers and six demonstrators.

Later, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced a nationwide special operation aimed at detaining those involved in the October 4 unrest. He stated that the government would take all necessary measures to ensure stability and prevent violent developments.
