Minsk, October 2 (Xinhua) – Belarus is interested in establishing joint ventures with Cuba. This was stated on Wednesday by Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich during a meeting with Cuban Industry Minister Eloy Alvarez Martinez. In turn, the Cuban Minister of Industry noted that the country aims to increase industrial production, including food production. "In this regard, we prioritize our relations with Belarus. We will use our stay in Minsk, among other things, to visit enterprises to identify new potential projects and expand trade and economic ties," he concluded.
