Metropolitan Committee on Public Relations and Youth Policy and Sberbank's Moscow Bank signed a strategic partnership agreement at the Moscow Startup Summit. The document outlines plans for joint projects aimed at supporting youth, developing technology, and improving the quality of life in the capital. One of the initiatives will be the release of youth bank card— a financial instrument for city residents aged 14 to 24.
"Our partnership aims to ensure that young people have every opportunity for self-fulfillment in the capital. We are creating a comprehensive support system for the new generation of Muscovites. From financial literacy and career paths to a unique payment instrument—all these practical measures will provide young citizens with a convenient and beneficial entry point into the world of culture, education, and sports," she said.
Ekaterina Dragunova, Chairman of the Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy of the City of Moscow.
The bank's experts will conduct educational events for Moscow youth on financial literacy, as well as the development and practical application of artificial intelligence technologies. In addition, the bank will organize internships and assist with subsequent employment for promising young professionals, both within the bank and with partner companies.
The youth card will include banking services, special privileges, and support measures. Holders will have access to discounts on classes at spinning clubs and supplementary education schools, on admission to plays, concerts, exhibitions, and football matches, as well as on cafes, travel, and mobile phone services.
Particular attention was paid to the card's design—it is executed in a limited-edition style, reflecting the dynamism and energy of the capital.
