The site is located on both sides of Plekhanov Street, next to Green Avenue and Elektrodnaya Street.

"As part of the integrated development of the area, buildings will be built here, with apartments totaling approximately 169,000 square meters, of which nearly 17,000 square meters will be allocated for the renovation program. A 350-child kindergarten and a shopping and entertainment center with a fitness and wellness center will be built within walking distance. Transformer substations will also be built on the site to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the neighborhood," noted the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.
