On the mos.ru portal and the "Gosuslugi Moskvy" and "My Moscow" mobile apps, residents can pay bills and handle everyday tasks in just a few clicks: submit meter readings, call a repairman, order meter calibration, and declutter their homes. Residents can also apply for various social support programs online at mos.ru. Using their electronic medical record (EMR), they can view medical examination reports, laboratory and instrumental test results, vaccination information, and hospital discharge summaries. Muscovites can also access their EMR through the "EMIAS.INFO" mobile app.
Pensioners can receive discounts and benefits with a Muscovite card. You can apply for one on the mos.ru portal by submitting online applicationYou must be an authorized user with your SNILS number entered in your personal account. All signs comply with the developed standard: blue signs with white letters are easy to read and seamlessly integrated into the streetscape.
