All premises are flexible in use, located on the ground floors, and suitable for a wide range of commercial activities, at the discretion of the winning bidders," noted Kirill Purtov.
The properties have a separate entrance from the street. The areas of the premises range from 126.4 to 201.3 square meters. All are connected to basic utilities: electricity, water, and sewer.
