The "Lisya Gora" cross-country race will take place in Bitsevsky Forest Park on October 5th. Participants will run along a dirt circular track surrounded by picturesque autumn landscapes.
Adult athletes will be able to choose a distance depending on their gender and age category, ranging from two to eight kilometers. The cross-country race will feature individual starts with intervals between them. A relay race, consisting of four one-kilometer stages, will also be organized for mixed teams.
The start and finish area is scheduled to open at 9:00 AM. The race will conclude at 3:45 PM. Men's and women's changing rooms and storage lockers will be available for the convenience of participants.
Those interested will also be able to support the runners along the course. At the end of the race, all athletes will receive a commemorative badge, and the three fastest times in each category will participate in the awards ceremony.
The day before, on October 4, the "Fast Dog" cross-country race will take place in Bitsevsky Forest Park. Athletes will participate alongside their four-legged friends. They will complete a two-kilometer cross-country race and receive a commemorative medal for themselves and their pet.
Both competitions are held twice a year – in spring and autumn.
