MANILA, September 30 (Xinhua) — An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.7 struck Cebu Province in the central Philippines on Tuesday evening, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reported.
In its report, the institution stated that the tremors were recorded at 21:59 local time approximately 17 km northeast of the city of Bogo with a hypocenter at a depth of 10 km.
