The State University of Management invites students and staff members committed to advancing education in Russia to participate in the "Education Flagships" project, which is being implemented as part of the federal project "Russia – Land of Opportunity" and the national project "Youth and Children" with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh).
During the competition, teachers and managers will gain additional skills and opportunities for professional growth, while students will have the opportunity to try their hand at the profession.
Over the six years of the project's implementation, more than 26,000 people received individual recommendations for professional development, 45 competition winners took up management positions, and 136 participants were included in regional personnel reserves.

"Culture" is for those who inspire learning through art, traditions, and Russian values (registration until October 12, 2025). "Mentoring" is for experienced professionals and those seeking support at the start (registration until November 4, 2025).
