BEIJING, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) — China expresses deep sorrow over the victims of the stampede in southern India and sincere condolences to the families of the victims and those injured, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said on Monday.
"The Chinese Embassy in India immediately expressed its condolences and sympathy. There have been no reports of Chinese citizens killed or injured as a result of the incident," he added.
