LANZHOU, Sept. 27 (Xinhua) — A magnitude 5.6 earthquake jolted Longxi County in Dingxi City, northwest China's Gansu Province, at 5:49 a.m. Saturday (Beijing Time), the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC) said.
According to CENC, the epicenter of the tremors was located at 34.91 degrees north latitude and 104.58 degrees east longitude. The hypocenter was located at a depth of 10 kilometers. -0-
