Minsk, September 26 /Xinhua/ — On Friday, a ceremony was held at the Great Stone Industrial Park to launch the Chinese technical and economic assistance project "Construction of the Second Residential Rental Complex." The project is being built by the 25th Company of the China Railway Construction Corporation as part of the park's infrastructure projects.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ivan Belchik, Head of the Main Department of Economic Integration of the Ministry of Economy of Belarus, expressed gratitude to the Chinese side for the technical and economic assistance provided.
"On behalf of the Ministry of Economy, I express my sincere gratitude to the Chinese side for its support of the China-Belarus Industrial Park 'Great Stone,'" he said, adding that 'Great Stone' occupies a central place in the development and strengthening of bilateral relations, and that ongoing interaction and constructive dialogue always lead to positive results.

She also expressed confidence that the project for the second residential building will strengthen the infrastructure of the industrial zone, increase its attractiveness, and create more comfortable conditions for the daily lives of employees.
Cheng Tao, General Director of the 25th China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) branch in Belarus, emphasized the company's commitment to high construction standards. "We will make every effort to ensure the highest quality standards. By implementing a 'constant pursuit of excellence' approach at every stage, we will create a high-quality facility that fully meets the client's requirements and ensures the comfort of future residents," he assured.
The total floor area of the residential building will be approximately 15,800 square meters and include 173 simply furnished apartments. Upon completion, the facility will significantly improve living conditions for employees of the industrial park's businesses, enhance the level of support services available to the industrial zone, and provide additional impetus for its further development.
