UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) — Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Thursday accused Israel of waging a "genocidal war" in the Gaza Strip, saying the crimes would be written "in the pages of the international conscience as one of the most horrific chapters of the humanitarian tragedy of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries."
