URUMQI, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) — General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Xi Jinping left Xinjiang for Beijing on Thursday after attending celebrations to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
