Decisions have been made regarding the integrated development of non-residential areas in the Preobrazhenskoye, Kommunarka, Cheremushki, Konkovo, Yasenevo, Marfino, and Otradnoye districts. The corresponding decrees were signed by Sergei Sobyanin.
The site being redeveloped in the Preobrazhenskoye district is located at 89 Krasnobogatyrskaya Street, near the intersection of Malaya Cherkizovskaya and Khromova Streets. Currently, the site houses warehouses, administrative buildings, and other facilities.
The area's urban development potential is 135,000 square meters of real estate, which will allow for the construction of a modern residential quarter. Landscaping and the creation of the necessary street and road network are also planned.
As a result of the project's implementation, more than 500 jobs will be created.
The 3.13-hectare site being redeveloped in the Kommunarka district is located between Edvard Griga, Alexandra Monakhovaya, and Lipovy Park streets. It is currently occupied by warehouses, a parking lot, and other outdated structures.
The area's urban development potential amounts to 40,600 square meters of real estate. This will allow for the construction of sports, medical, and other public and business facilities. Landscaping and the development of a street and road network are also planned.
As a result of the project’s implementation, over 800 jobs will be created.
Decisions were also made regarding the comprehensive development of non-residential development sites with a total area of 4.84 hectares in the districts of Cheryomushki, Konkovo, Yasenevo (South-West Administrative Okrug), Marfino, and Otradnoye (North-East Administrative Okrug). This involves the reorganization of:
— three plots in the districts of Cheremushki, Konkovo and Yasenevo at the following addresses: Miklukho-Maklaya Street, land plot No. 63a, Khersonskaya Street, building 20, Litovsky Boulevard, building 12, building 10 (urban development potential — at least 95 thousand square meters of real estate);
— a plot in the Marfino district at the address: Bolshaya Marfinskaya Street, Building 4, between Malaya Botanicheskaya and Akademika Komarova Streets (urban development potential — 34.9 thousand square meters of real estate);
— a plot of land in the Otradnoye district at the address: Otradny proezd, building 4 — not far from the intersection of Berezovaya Alley and Signalny proezd (urban development potential — 13.8 thousand square meters of real estate).
Modern residential complexes with a total area of over 140,000 square meters are planned for the redeveloped areas to implement the renovation program. Landscaping of adjacent areas and the development of a street and road network are also planned.
The implementation of the projects will create more than 230 jobs.
Currently, the Moscow Government has approved and is implementing 138 integrated development projects covering approximately 1,500 hectares, which are planned to build approximately 30 million square meters of real estate. This will create approximately 348,000 jobs.
