An extreme sports festival will be held at the Luzhniki Olympic Complex on September 27. Street DriveThe event was organized by the capital Department of Sports, will combine exhibition performances, fan meetings with titled athletes and amateur competitions.

Participants include representatives from more than 15 countries, including Australia, Brazil, Italy, Colombia, Costa Rica, the United Arab Emirates, the United States of America, France, the Czech Republic, Sweden, South Africa and Japan.

The festival program features performances in 11 disciplines, including BMX, FMX, scooter and roller sports, flatland, stunt riding, hydrofly, skateboarding, parkour, workout, and breakdancing. Guests can expect master classes from award-winning riders and other renowned athletes, as well as amateur BMX and scooter competitions for teenagers.

A social program will be a major focus: in the motorcycle therapy space, children from orphanages and visitors with disabilities will be able to interact with professional athletes and ride motorcycles.

For the festival, the Olympic complex will be refurbished for extreme sports. Along the Grand Sports Arena and in the adjacent areas, ramps and special structures for exhibition performances will be installed. A special feature will be the "Tsar Ramp"—Europe's largest ramp for rollerblading, skateboarding, and BMX riding.

"'Street Drive' truly takes extreme competitions to a new level. Never before have such events been held around the country's main arena, where over 10,000 people will be able to watch riders perform live. The lineup is also impressive; we'll be bringing together the best extreme sports athletes from over 15 countries. This festival will firmly cement Moscow's place on the global extreme sports map," noted Alexey Kolesnikov, the founder of FMX in Russia and a multiple world championship participant.

The program will conclude with a concert featuring popular Russian and international artists, including Xolidayboy, the Kipelov group, and Xzibit.
