Taipei, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) — As of 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, 14 people were killed and 18 others injured in Taiwan after Typhoon Ragasa struck, local authorities said.
According to Taiwan's emergency operations center, about 100 people are trapped and awaiting rescue.
