The capital annually celebrates the beginning and end of the motorcycle season. These events draw attention to motorcycle culture and also serve as a reminder of the importance of safe driving and adherence to traffic rules.
"This Saturday, we invite everyone to join the festive program of the 13th Moscow Motorcycle Festival. We regularly emphasize the importance of safe driving and following traffic rules, as instructed by Sergei Sobyanin. To this end, we hold motorcycle festivals, which attract large crowds of spectators and participants," noted Maxim Liksutov.
A convoy of thousands of motorcyclists will depart from the observation deck on Sparrow Hills at 12:00 PM and ride along the outer edge of the Garden Ring, before joining the festival guests. Motorcycle clubs that participated in the draw will line up according to their number. The rest will take their places as they arrive at the site.
From the morning, guests will enjoy an entertainment program for adults and children, a field kitchen, and performances by renowned artists. In the evening, the results of the festival's grand prize, a motorcycle, will be announced. Admission is free.

— 10:10–10:55 — performance by the cover band “Mercury”;
— 10:55–11:40 — headliner performance;
— 12:00 — start of the motorcycle rally;
— 12:00–13:30 — DJ set, prize drawings;
— 13:30–14:00 — “Motobrother” competition;
— 14:00–14:15 — interview with Ekaterina Kolpakova, 2025 Russian champion in SSP300 class road racing;
— 14:15–14:45 — competition “Motolady”;
— 14:45–15:30 — performance by the band “Meeting Place”;
— 15:30–15:40 — prize drawing;
— 15:45–16:30 — headliner performance;
— 16:30–17:00 — motorcycle raffle;
— 17:00–17:50 — headliner performance;
— 18:00 — end of the program.
The program also includes airbrushing, flat track racing, the "Ball of Courage" stunt show, a motorcycle and gear exhibition, and balance bike rides. Guests will be able to participate in helmet painting and visit a themed photo zone. Various workshops and activities are also available for children.
Visitors will also be able to see the capital's exhibition stands Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development, the motorcycle school of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans, the Traffic Management Center and the Moscow Fire and Rescue Center.
This year's motorcycle season opened on April 26th. The festival on Sparrow Hills was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. A column of motorcyclists rode ceremoniously along the Garden Ring. For the first time, vintage vehicles from the "Motors of War" museum participated in the event. Guests were treated to a festive program featuring a concert by famous performers, master classes, and a show.
Staff at the Central Museum of the Russian Armed Forces, which houses the original Victory Banner hoisted on the Reichstag building, prepared a replica for the spring motorcycle festival. It was mounted on the motorcycle of one of the participants. In total, more than 10,000 motorcyclists rode in the procession that day.
