Investors will be able to build industrial facilities and public and business complexes in the Eastern and Novomoskovsky administrative districts of the capital as part of the implementation of large-scale investment projects (MaIP). Starting in 2024, the city will hold special tenders to encourage businesses to participate in the MAIP. Winners will receive the right to lease land for three months to build various real estate projects at a preferential rate of one ruble per year.
For example, in the east of the capital, in the Sokolinaya Gora area, as part of the implementation of a large-scale investment project, an investor will be able to build a light industry enterprise onplot area of 0.29 hectares.

This approach allows for the creation of modern production facilities, which become a key driver of Moscow's economic growth. For example, in the Sokolinaya Gora district, investors will be able to implement a large-scale investment project. A light industry facility with an area of approximately two thousand square meters will be built on Burakov Street," noted the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
In the Novomoskovsky Administrative District, two sites are up for auction. On the site of the emerging administrative and business center in Kommunarka, investors will be able to build two complexes with office space, retail space, cafes, restaurants, and parking. The total area of the buildings will be almost 247,000 square meters, according to Ekaterina Solovieva, Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of City Property. The construction of these facilities will create additional opportunities for business development and provide residents with convenient places to work, shop, and relax.
One plot The 0.92-hectare site is located at the intersection of Alexandra Monakhova Street and Mechnikov Boulevard, near the exit to Kaluga Highway. It will accommodate nearly 157,900 square meters of commercial and public real estate.
Second section The nearly 0.65-hectare site is located near Yudinsky Boulevard, opposite the Kommunarka Moscow Multidisciplinary Clinical Center and just a few minutes' walk from the Olkhovaya metro station. Here, the investor will be able to build a public and business complex covering approximately 89,000 square meters.
The deadline for applications to participate in open auctions is September 29 to October 31 (depending on the lot). Bidding will take place from October 8 to November 11 on the Roseltorg electronic platform.
