JERUSALEM, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday condemned the decision of Britain, Canada and Australia to recognize the State of Palestine.
"I have a clear message to those leaders who recognize a Palestinian state after the horrific massacre of October 7," Netanyahu said, referring to the Palestinian Hamas attack on southern Israel in October 2023. "You are giving terrorism a huge reward."
The Israeli prime minister added: “This will not happen, there will be no Palestinian state west of the Jordan River.”
