Bishkek, September 19 (Xinhua) — A meeting of the heads of government and vice presidents of the Organization of Turkic States (OTG) member states was held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, on Thursday, according to the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
In his speech, Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan, noted that his country is interested in increasing mutual trade within the amalgamated territorial communities (ATCs) and supporting major infrastructure and investment projects, particularly in promising and dynamically developing areas.
Representatives from the ATC member states—Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan—attended the event. They noted that the dialogue format confirms the importance and relevance of the ATC as a platform for deepening cooperation, strengthening economic ties, and developing mutual trust between countries.
Participants at the event also expressed confidence that the format of meetings between heads of government will continue to promote the development of regional partnership and integration.
